Good morning Doctor My urine & blood test report show Albumin. (1±) Pus cells. 1-3 RBCs. 1-2 Epithelial Cells. 2-4 HBA1C. 8.6% Other reports are normal like Renal Fuction Test & Lipid Profile Test. Whats it Means?

Your glycemic control is lost. Your hba1c is high. Whether you are a diabetic on treatment or not you need to get your blood glucose work up a done and corrective action taken regarding increasing the drugs or taking two drugs. Your urine has one plus Albuminuria and few rbcs which might be due to a mild infection or an underlying kidney problem due to diabetes. Kindly work it up
