General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Do not worry.
Your report says you are not suffering from the typhoid infection.
1/20, 1/40, 1/60, 1/80, 1/160, 1/320 are titre for the typhoid test.
Titre greater than 1/80 have a clinical significance.
High Typhi O antigen titre suggest active infection and
High Typhi H antigen titre suggests previous infection or past immunization to typhoid fever.
AH and BH for the paratyphoid fever.
But you have all negative titre and you are totally safe from the typhoid.
If you have fever then go for another test like CBC, malarial antigen, NS1 antigen for the dengue, CRP, ESR.
Take rest and healthy diet.
Hope this may help you
