What Do The Lung X-ray Findings Suggest?

this is a result of my x ray....chest shows fibronodular densities at the lung with cystic lucency there are infiltrates at the right lung field trachea is elevated to the left cardiac border not defined... am i sick? Is it curable? Please answer my query...

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion your x ray findings are suggestive of old healed scar because of previous lung insult.
Any lung insult whether tuberculosis, pneumonia or trauma , once treated can be healed by following mechanisms.
1. Fibrosis
2. Calcification
3. Bronchiectesis (cystic lesion)
4. Rarely complete resolution.
So your x ray findings are more in favour of healed , old lesion.
You might be having tuberculosis in the past which gives you current x ray findings.
So if you are healthy and not having any symptoms than no need to worry much for these x ray findings.
