Hello

Ultrasound of pelvis suggests almost normal findings.
Uterus is enlarged in size but there is no associated pathology mentioned in the report,so it can be assumed normal.
Endometrial thickness is normal.
Both ovaries and cervix are also normal.
Mild free fluid in POD may be due to ovulation.However,pelvic inflammatory disease should be rule out depending upon clinical findings.
