What Do The Terms In The ECG Mean?

Hi, i had an ECG test a week ago recently got the results with these readings Sinus rhythm, Rate 65/min, Normal P wave, P-R interval msec QRS axis width and shape normal Docs Comment: ECG reading shows irregular rhytym; QRS contour abnormality pls can someone expantiate all these terms

only then the complete scenario can be understood....
from the above information, if doctor says irregular rhythm there is irregular pumping of the blood from heart and qrs contour abnormality can be due to abnormal time taken or amount of blood to be pumped out.....

still the whole report or the picture is required to tell further...
