welcome to Health care magic.
1.What one expect in the carotid doppler examination is presence of unstable plaques ( soft or calcific growth on the wall due to systemic diseases - hypertension / diabetes).
2.And presence of any luminal narrowing which causing the decreased blood supply to brain.
3.But in your case nothing noticed. Slight thickening is seen in most of the individuals by their age and underlying medical conditions - for which you don't have to worry.
4.You should not be concern - your report is normal.
5.MRA - MRI - angiogram will help in further evaluation.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
