What Do These CT Scan And MRI Reports Indicate?

Dear Doctor, My wife Khatune Meftahun Jenan, Age 37 Yrs. She is suffering from Brain Tumor. Her Dr. Col Aminul Islam, Neurosurgeon, Dhaka CMH (Combine Military Hospital) Bangladesh advised for CT Scan and MRI of her Brain. Accordingly those 02 tests were carried out from CMH, Dhaka. Result of CT Scan of Brain Examination( dt 18.02.17) is as Under: Suggestive of vasogenic oedema in right cerebral hemisphere. Possibilities are- a)     ICSOL b)     Encephalitis. Result of MRI of Brain Examination( dt 19.02.17) is as Under: Suggestive of ICSOL in right cerebral hemisphere- may be anaplastic/diffuse astrocytoma. Neuro Surgeon Doctor of Dhaka CMH advised her to under go operative treatment in India. Please give me your valuable opinion regarding the patient with all cost detail and duration. As for the description that you provide for us is very poor and limited, but it suggest e brain tumor, probabely some glioma. The first thing to di is to contact a neurosurgeon and do a brain biopsy, so to specify the type of brain tumor, because from this deppend the type of treatment that your wife could get (only surgery, chimio/radiotherapy etc..).
