General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have gone through the report you have posted and it can be interpreted as follows:
1. ESR level is increased.
2. CRP also increased.
3. RA factor is within normal limits.
4. Uric acid is also within normal limits.
Hence, the reports are suggestive that there is some amount of inflammation happening in the body, but about its details needs proper evaluation.
Since RA factor and Uric acid levels are normal, it rules out Rheumatoid arthritis.
Kindly get your blood tested for antinuclear antibodies (ANA) to rule out autoimmune disorders like systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
Kindly consult Physician with the reports for appropriate advise and management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
