Hi,

Your liver is doing fairly as the albumin levels are normal which falls very steeply when there is chronic renal dysfunction.
Your endoscopy must have revealed gastro - esophagal varices which are a sort of dilated blood vessels formed due to increased pressure caused by liver dysfunction. At times they bleed profusely and the patient may go in shock.
Continue udiliv, avoid fatty and greasy diets, take high carbs, restrict proteins, have plentiful water. Stay away from alcohol and smoking and follow your hepatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
