What Do These X-ray Findings Indicate?

Dear Sir: I am a man with 51 years old. I got a lower back pain, and I made an X-ray and I need to understand the results: 1.     Minimal scoliotic list convex to the right. 2.     Marginal osteophytic lipping of the opposing lumbar vertebral end plates. 3.     Narrowed L2/L3 disc space. 4.     Normal both sacroil iac joints.

Hi, this X-ray shows that you have a slight tilting of your spine towards the right side horizontally, which normally is straight vertically. Also there are age-related bony changes in the vertebral bones so see a Neurosurgeon for spine.
