What Do These X-ray Findings Indicate?

Dear Sir, My X ray reports reads infiltration in the lower zone of right lung and mild tented hemidiaphragm. I was never diagnosed with T.B although i do not remember about Pneumonia. I am in a healthy state with no apparent chest disease. I am currently in a healthy state with no major disease history. I need to know the reason for that above report and possible treatment. Thanks

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thank you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein, I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can.

This is pathologic finding and may indicate pneumonia, TB, or some more serious lesions such as tumors and cancer, although this is not so probable. But to rule all these out you should definitely do CT scan of the thorax and check tumor markers.

I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
