What Do These X-ray Reports Indicate?

hi, i did two x ray one is on 30 july, 2015 and other one 1 year back. on x ray report which i did on 30th july it is written that there is a minimal haziness in right upper zone with few patchy opacities in right upper zone. patchy consolidation? and on old x ray report which is one year old it is wrriten that iil defined radio-opacity with lucency is seen in right upper zone. what that both report means. do i have a fibrosis or any other infection. is there any different in both report? Please suggest. i have not suffered TB in future. idon t see any problem with my health also.

Haziness in right upper lobe, patchy opacities in right upper zone along with Patchy consolidation can be due to healed tubercular lesion in past.
