Hello and welcome to HCM,
Presence of 20-40 white blood cells in urine, 3+ leukocyte esterase and 10,000-50,000 CFU/mL of Enterococcus fecaelis suggests presence of infection in urine by bacteria enterococcus fecaelis.
An antibiotic sensitivity needs to be done to select most appropriate antibiotic effective against the urinary tract infection (UTI).
RDW of 16.2 is above the normal range.
High RDW suggests variation in size of red blood cells, however, complete parameters- red blood cell count. Hb, hematocrit, MCV, MCH and MCHC are required interpret the value of RDW.

Thanks and take care
