What Do These Blood Pressure Readings Indicate?

I have taken my pressure three times in the last 10 minutes....142/82, 134/85, 141/83. I have been on Losartan 100 mg for last six weeks. My pressure was not this high before Losartan. I have appointment with my internist next week but this high pressure alarms me.
