What Do These Blood Test Results Indicate While Having Anxiety?

I recently had a CBC and my WBC were 11.3 and platelets were also elevated at 445. What could be causing this? I ve been under a lot of stress lately and suffer from anxiety so I m not sure if there is a relation. My doctor told me to come back in a month to check my bloodwork again.
