What Do These Creatinine And Potassium Levels Indicate?

Hello, I received lab results yet no call back from my endocrinologist. Some of the results are worrisome... Creatinine 1.78 Potassium 5.2 Urea nitrogen 29 Egfr african am 50.28 Egfr non afr am 41.56 Am I wrong to assume these results indicate kidney damage?

Looking to the lab result this could be renal pathology, but condition need to be correlate with the clinical condition and symptoms
Advise:
May need some investigation like ultrasonography test CT imaging
Have a word with Urologist
