What Do These Fasting And Postprandial Sugar Levels Indicate?
My son is 25 and he weights 280 and is 6 5. He has been shaking a little here and there and feeling weird. Today he went and got a tester to check his sugar. It was 75 when he first checked it and after eating lunch a cheeseburger, fries and soda it was 175 do you think there is a problem.

Shakiness may be due to blood sugar level of 75. Immediately after food if it is 175 then it may be OK.
Kindly check sugar level in fasting and after 2 hours of taking meals.
