What Do These Fasting Blood Sugar Levels Indicate?

Hello Doctor, i have checked my blood sugar at fasting stage it was come 115. whenever i had checed at random stage 3-4 times it was coming around 83, 82, 97 which is normal. please help me out what sholud i do specially at fasting satge level to go down. Now, i started brisk walking atleast 30 mins morning & evening time. taking less tea (1-2 times whole day) with little sugar & start avoiding junk food. Thanks & Regards

The blood sugar levels you are having is still in it's normal range. It is good always to increase physical activity, reduce processed carbohydrates and fats and have more vegetables and fibers.
