Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello! Im 38 yo. My TVS results state: cervix appears bulky with a heterogeneous area involving both the anterior and posterior cervical lip measuring 3.2 x 2.7 x 2.5 cm demonstrating abundance of color ob color flow mapping. The presence of cervical pathology cannot be ruled out. What does this reading mean?
The TVS reports an abnormality of your cervix and will require further investigations as there is some amount of swelling but the cause cannot be narrowed down to with just a TVS. Please do soeak to your doctor about the same to find the cause and thereforth direct treatment.
Best wishes.
