I am from Myanmar. My lab report of last month 2017 said as follow. Free T3(Roche) 4.3pmol/L (3.0-7.8) Free T4(Roche) 13.5pmol/L (12.0-22.0) TSH (Roche) 1.61mlU/L (0.12-5.29) Thyroglobulin Ab 11.16 IU/mL (Thyroid Peroxidase 11.07 IU/mL (Other results are in normal range. I am now taking Ethinylestradiol+Drospirenone for 19 days because of menstrual disorder and planning to do IVF. Could you please kindly give recommendations regarding to my doing IVF plan. And as for my two exceed limits blood test results Thyroglobulin Ab & Thyroid Peroxidase, is there any risk of conceiving a baby in doing IVF? What would you recommend for that case? As far as TSH is under 2.5 mIU/ml, the thyroid is not an obstacle for IVF or conceiving. The high antibodies mean that you need to keep monitoring TSH every 6 months as there will be a tendency in the future for hypothyroidism or underactive thyroid.
