What Do These Lab Findings Of Lung Indicate?

Findings: There is subcentimeter nodular and atelectasis bilateral lung bases. This extends left inferior lingual. No contrast liver, spleen, pancreas, adrenal gland, and the kidneys are grossly unremarkable with the exception of lobulated contour and scarring more pronounced lower pole left kidney with pseudotumor. Contrast-enhanced abdominal CT correlation can be obtained if needed. There is no evidence of any bulky retroperitoneal abdominal adenopathy, bowel obstruction, or ascites. Appendix is unremarkable. Moderately distended bladder in the pelvis. There are few scattered left colon diverticulosis. Impression: Few scattered left colon diverticulosis

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you should not worry much about your CT report.
Subcentimetric atelectesis and nodules are common feature in old age or due to past pneumonia. So no need to worry much as it is benign thing, not indicating any Infection or tumour.
Pseudo tumour in kidney can also be normal variant and accidental finding.
And if you are not having any abdominal symptoms than no need to do anything for few scattered diverticulosis.
So over all your CT report is normal.
