Hi, I m 24 years old and I have a chronic mycrocitic anemia for over 7 years. Results are usually consistent. White cells are normal, iron and iron-binding normal, results for g6pd normal, results for an auto-immune test negative, folic acid and b12 didn t improve anything, and there are multiple abnormalities (polychromasia, acantocytes, microcytosis, ovalocites, hypochromia, poikilocytosis, codocytes), what kind of anemia could this be? I also have chronic bronchitis and sometimes pain in the lungs region, but even on months I m fine with the bronchitis (no symptoms) the anemia is still very consistent. Should I worry that the number of abnormalities have increased over the years?
