My total cholesterol is 252. My HDL is 87. My LDL is 150. Triglcerides is 75, Total Chol/HDL Ratio is 2.9. Glucose 90, BMI 19.4 Blood Pressure 130/78. Just worried about the 252 cholest. I exercise 30 minutes a day. I m a 58 yrs. old woman and weight 115. Thanks. I eat pretty healthy. Cereal & milk, salads, etc.
According to your lab test your total blood cholesterol level is high. So use low fatty foids and low oily foods.
Use low fatty oil like sunflower oil. Try to losing your weight. Continue your exercise more than 30 minutes and do exercise in which more energy is use.
Avoid spicy foods and oily foods. Avoid alcohol drinking and smoking.
Eat fresh fruits and green vegetables. Eat boiled vegetables and salads.... Avoid junk foods which have high fatty level.
