My US has shown liver as "Coarse and increased echo texture". What does this mean. Does it reflect any form of liver cancer? I am also having Ca Larynx at present
Further as per US GB, CBD, Pancreas, Spleen are normal
B/L Kidneys - PET-CT scan shows then small in size. US shows as Rt-8.1x3.7, Lt-9.1x3.4 with B/L raised cortical echoes (Raised Renal echo texture)
UB-normal but PVR 29cc
Prostate enlarged 4x3.6/3 Wt-23.2gm
What is the overall diagnosis and waht should be done?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You are suffering from fatty liver and please understand that here is nothing like liver cancer and renal parenchymal disease.

I suggest you to meet kidney doctor nephrologist as soon as possible as you need other tests as hb, tlc, dlc, esr, and gfr, etcetera.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi
