What Do These Lab Results Indicate?

I received my lab results today and have an ALT level of 51. Also, I have a Free PSA of 20% and a Total PSA of 0.5. I have not heard from my doctor yet. Should I be worried? I m 43, male, 5 8 , 367lbs. I ve had no serious health issues other than obesity. I am currently taking Prilosec and Lisinopril - 20mg/day.

Your lab results seem fairly ok. There is nothing to worry. You should regular exercises for weight loss.
