What Do These Semen Analysis Result Indicate?

at the first time of examination Actively Motile 10 percent, Sluggishly Motile 45 percent, Non Motile 45 percent.1st hour of examination AM 10 percent , SM 40 percent , NM 50 percent. 2nd hour of examination AM 13 percent, SM 35 percent, NM 52 percent. after 3rd hour of examination AM 10 percent, SM 25 percent, NM 65 percent. after4th hour of examination AM 05 percent, SM 20 percent, NM 75 percent. is it really big trouble for me ?

Hello,

The report of semen analysis do indicate possibly grave disturbances with the sperm motility so far as fertility issues are concerned. It is the micro tubular function disarray which pause functioning disturbances with the tail of the sperms and hence very less number of actively motile sperms which can travel from cervical canal up to uterine cavity, fallopian tubes up to the oocyte location. However, a testicular biopsy would be best needed at this level after the hormone levels are evaluated.
