Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As per your semen analysis report you have semen volume of 2.5 ml, liquefaction time of 30 minutes & sperm count of 62 million per ml, all of which is normal. As per motility, total motility is 76 %. Rapid Linear motility is seen in 26% of total sperms, 40% are having rapid non linear motility, 10% are non progressive motile & rest 24 % are non-motile.
As per morphology 75% sperms are of normal shape & rest with abnormal shape with head abnormality in 18% & tail or mid-piece abnormality in 7% of sperms. Total viable sperms are 81% & dead sperms are 19% which is also normal.
You also have Pus cells 6-8 & red blood cells 1-2 seen under high power of microscope which indicate slight genital tract infection in you.

All together you semen analysis report is normal except for slight genital tract infection.
