What Do These Semen Analysis, Ultrasound And Urinalysis Reports Indicate?

Respected doctors, Good day to all... Recently i got my medical reports related to the above subject are as follows... 1.Semen analysys Volume 2 ML Total sperm count 93 Million/ML Leuococytes 0 Motility 30 minutes post ejaculation is , Progressive 30% Non progressive 20% Non motile 50% Motility 2 hours post ejaculation is, Progressive 20% Non progressive 25% Non motility 55% 2. Ultrasound prostate Prostate average in size 26 grams, normal echo pattern.. no focul lesion. Overal all result : un remarkable study. 3. Urine analysis WBC 1-2 hpf RBC 4-6 hpf ......... Note: i got married on 1st january 2015. No pregnancy is being formed... kindly help me to advise me....cystoscopy had done in october 2014. your urgent and kind response will be greatly appreciated. Hi Shams,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
From the reports you have posted, the following things can be inferred:
A. Semen Analysis Report:
1. Volume is normal.
2. Sperm count is also good.
3. Sperm motility (progression) is about 50% less than normal.
4. The re is no indication of infection.
B. Prostate Gland Report is normal.
C. Urine Analysis Report also seems to be normal.
Since the sperm count is normal and only problem lies in sperm motility, you can repeat semen analysis after 1 month by taking medications containing namely L-Carnitine, Alpha-Lipoic acid, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Selenium and Zinc to see for the improvement.
