What Do Thick Brown Vaginal Discharge And Cramps After Missed Periods Indicate?

Hi l just missed my period and l am 7 days late, they sometimes come late but one thing that makes me worried now is I had cramps on the day my period wS supposed to start then followed by a thick brown discharge. Am l pregnant is there anything l can do since l really don t want to be pregnant

Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to premenstrual syndrome.

I suggest using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen.

I also, recommend doing a urine pregnancy test to exclude pregnancy.
