General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
Since you are having A-fibrillation , CAD , PULMONARY HYPERTENSION and sleep apnea .
This blood pressure reading clearly shows that this is a case of HYPOTENSION .
The hypotension may be due to these possibilities :
1 Due to side effect of medicine or due to effect of medicine.
2 Heart failure .
3 Dehydration .
In all these condition , you should consult your CARDIOLOGIST and get his opinion.
While pulse rate at 30-40 / minute is clear indication of either due to drugs ( medicine ) or due to chronic heart failure .
In my opinion you should consult your doctor and get his opinion.
Good luck.
