What Do This TVS Scan For Delay In Periods Indicate?

Hi, I AM 26 year old last month i went for medical abortion and now in this current month i am 16 days late but still my periods have not started. I went for tvs scan it says that my endometrical thickness is 13.6mm . but pregnancy test is negative .please help me what is the actual reason ?

If the pregnancy is the main concern then this is nothing to worry because this may not be conception and such endometrium thickening is nothing to worry some time happens in post abortion phase, hope this information helps, take care.
