What Do Tight Sensation In The Shoulders And Tinnitus Indicate?

After a trip overseas I have been experiencing tightness in shoulders and hips. Have also had ringing in ears. Lower back on right side also some strain. Had some tightness before trip in shoulders and did go to a concert a few days before ringing started. THESE MAKE SLEEPING DIFFICULT. Had tests for inflammation and were all negative. Symptoms improve during day, but do not go away. 70 YEAR OLD MALE IN GOOD HELATH WITH NO MAJOR HEALTH ISSUES. 5 8 135 lbs.
