What Do Tightness In Lower Abdomen While Urinating During Pregnancy Suggest?

So I m 18 weeks pregnant and it hurts when I pee almost feels more like a pinching tightening feeling on my lower abdomen and I ve had plenty of urinary tract infections the burning and having what it feels like to pee all the time. This is my first baby so I was just wondering if maybe it s just the baby sitting or laying on my bladder. The only thing that makes me think it may be a Ito is it burns after I have sex like a bladder infection but I didn t know if that s jusy from friction or what. Please and answers will be helpful :)!

I understand your concern.
Tightness in lower abdomen suggests bladder involvement in the urinary infection you already had.
' Burning & pain after sex can be due to friction.. in case there is genital infection in either of the sex partners.
From above considerations, you need an urgent consultation by a gynecologist, get thoroughly examined/ investigated ( urine examination/ vaginal swab testing ) & start with specific treatment.. which needs to be given to both sex partners.
The advised treatment along with careful maintanence of genital hygiene is needed to cure urine infection which can be hazardous to pregnancy as such.
