What Do Tingling Sensation And Pressure In The Arms Indicate?

Jogged all summer and had no problem with arms hurting. It seems when October rolls around my arms start tingling and feel pressure like they want to explode. My doctor thought it was carple(sp) tunnel. I believe it is associated with too much sugar intake. My arms really hurt only at night like something is settling in arms.

hi sir/mam,tingling occurs when the nerve supply to that particular body part is compressed or irritated.tingling in arms can result from cervical spinal cord compression.a neck x ray would confirm the diagnosis.another possibility,though rare is restless arms syndrome.you can have tab.pregabalin 75mg once daily only at night for 1 week.if the symptoms persist or worsen,then you can have a ortho consultation.if any other assistance required from my side,please let me know.thank you.take care.bye.
