What Do Tiny Blood Clots Indicate?

I ve been trying to get pregnant for 2 years last month. My husband is 35 and never had children, and I have an 8 year old from a previous relationship.My period isn t due for another week or so, but when I go to the bathroom, there are tiny blood clots on the bath tissue. Could this mean pregnancy, or that my body is rejecting a possible pregnancy.

I can understand your concern. Blood spotting few days before your periods are due can indicate implantation bleeding, the bleeding that occurs after conceiving.

I would advise you to take a home pregnancy test. If it comes negative or faintly positive, repeat it after 3-4 days if you do not get periods.
