What Do Tiny White Blisters Like Bumps Inside Cheek And Lips Suggest?

I have a lot of tiny white bumps that look like tiny blisters. That are on the inside of my top lip and inside cheeks. They are not painful or itchy. I noticed them about two weeks ago. I don t know how long they have been there. I have not seen any pictures that look like what I have. I m not on any medications. Can you send any pictures that could help? YYYY@YYYY

As per your explanation to the question the tiny white bumps inside your upper lip and cheek which does not hurt or itch can most probably be FORDYCE'S GRANULES/SPOTS which are sebaceous glands and are normal structures and are not harmful..

The location and appearance that you have explained are suggestive of fordyce's spots.

They can be removed by either laser or cryosurgery if they are hampering the appearance or looks of the person if present outside the mouth otherwise they do not cause any discomfort so needed not to be worried.
