What Do Tremors And Lightheadedness Along With Body Aches And Sweating Indicate?
hello, i was shopping and felt faint clammy, went to the car, started shaking uncontrobly sweating. had the heat on full blast trying to get warm, this was for about 10 to 15 minutes then i guessed i passed out because when i opened my eyes 2 hours went by, today every muscle in my body hurts, and i feel like thee shaking is just a bit away. im afraid to drive now, if i feel that heat sweaty feeling comming on then it goes into the symptoms above. this is the second time this happen

This looks like hypoglycaemia episode. You should check blood sugar. Don't stay fast for long. Also, I wanted to know if you are taking any medications that can cause these episodes.
