What Do Tremors In The Arms Indicate?

I am a female, 58 years old, have been experiencing shaking in my arms at night like a vibration inside my body. It is not visible from outside my body , I can feel it when in bed. This has been going on since December, I have talked to 3 different doctors and all of them have pushed it off on another. The only suggestion I have been given is to get my hormones checked.

it may be neurological problem Parkinson disorder.consult neurologist for clinical examination diagnosis and further investigation if required.general checkup should be done by physician.body temperature be checked and uti ruled out
