What Do Tremors In The Hands And Dizziness Indicate?
I went outside for a walk with a friend and it was rather hot and when my friend hands were shaking, her face was red, and she was sweating excessively. She also felt a tad bit dizzy and tired. Could it be heat exhaustion or just simple dehydration? I am slightly worried.
