What Do Tremors In The Head Indicate?

Hi I have a head tumor, a little shaking left to right, not always, but regularly, wondering what might mean...I do take psychotropic drugs for bipolar disorder- Lamictal (generic) 200mg, Depakote (generic)750mg, trazadone 50mg, Effexor (generic) 225mg,

1. After reviewing your medical history:

- Lamictal [lamotrigine]: ADR [adverse drug reaction] of the drug is ataxia and tremor so could be the reason for your symptom.

PS. do check with Liver function tests as it raises LFTs and also causes Hematological abnormalities like leucopenia, thrombocytopenia.

- Depakote [divalproex sodium]/ Trazadone/ Effexor [venlaxafine]: also has tremor as one of the mentioned ADR, so consult with your attending Psychiatrist regarding possible drug interaction between the same and for other safe alternatives or possibly deleting some of the drugs, since it is important to determine the correct diagnosis.

2. As you have not mentioned the age and also because tremor is specifically of the head [thus factors affecting the hands are excluded], so it could be senile tremors or due to Parkinson's disease.
