What Do Tremors On The Face And Hands Indicate?

I have been having a lot of jerking movements in my face where it is disfigured. In fact my husband saw it today he said you were really making some weirs faces. Also my hands and arms are freaking everywhere, sometimes they are so hard it will actually lift me up because the tremor will last longer and stronger than just my hands or arms doing it. Also my face my mouth get some real intense tremors amsd I end up biting my on the lips; cheeks , and bit my self really hard in the middle if my lip where it bleed a lot. Dry painful as well. All these happen when I start to relax in a chair watching TV, lying down when I go to bed too. The worst is sitting in my chair relaxing I always fall asleep I yell things out I talk in while I try to sleep and then do all the jerking at the same time,

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your query you have hand tremor.
Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like hypoglycemia , panic attack , essential tremor , supra ventricular tachycardia ,stress reaction or excessive caffeine use. The symptoms can also occur due to psychological reasons . I would suggest you to consult cardiologist for proper examination and rule out more serious condition . Doctor may order ECG, TMT along with complete blood profile along with checking vitals . For now stay cal and do mind relaxing exercises like meditation . The symptoms can also occur due to psychological problem so also consult psychologist.
