What Do Urge Incontinence And Vaginal Spotting Indicate?

I have the constant urge to urinate and sometimes have no control (happened twice today). I also have blood (not bright or dark) on the toilet paper when I wipe myself. I have not had my period in over 2 years just had a blood and urine test and pap and everything was normal. What is wrong with me and what should I do. It just started about 3 hours or so. Thanks

Hi I think you should consult a gynecologist for complete examination. Get a pelvic examination done by a gynecologist. Also get a ultrasound done to see uterus and ovaries. If endometrial thickness is more than 4mm, you may need endometrial biopsy to rule out any endometrial pathology. Hope it helps.
