What Do Vaginal Bleeding And Lower Abdominal Cramps After Taking Postinor Indicate?

Good morning doctor....my question goes lyk this....on the 6th day after my period. I had unprotected sex nd decided to buy postinor 10,took it on d 7th day at 3pm then I started noticing lower abdominal cramps nd mild vaginal bleeding on the 10th day after ma period... What does that signify please???
