What Do Visible Veins On The Body And Bruising On The Cheeks Indicate?

I am a social work student and I have a quick question regarding a 5 year old in one my cases. She is reported to have very pale skin, iridescent like, with her veins visible. She also has two bruises across her cheeks. Her skin color worries me. Can you tell me some of the possible issues that could be present?

Hello, my name is Dr Olgeta Xhufka. I understand your concern. This looks like like a mitral fascies. Is the look of one suffering from mitral stenosis. Mitral is a heart valve.
