What Do We Do About High Sugar Level ?

Hi my question is about my father he is on insulin already but his sugar is still high. What do we do about this? we have cut out his breads and he cant have any more soda.

Monitor his sugar levels, get insulin doses adjusted as per the sugar levels, and get the sugars under control. Make sure he follows diabetic diet, does regular exercises and gets appropriate insulin dosage.
