What Do Welts Like Bumps Around Eyebrow With Swollen Lymph Nodes On Cheeks Mean?

I have several red bumps on and around my eyebrow they're not like pimples they're more like welts my lymph nodes are swollen on the left side of my face and under my cheek bone it feels sore. I'm a little bit worried can anyone help me by letting me know what causes this or what this may possibly be?
