General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

White bumps can be due to contact dermatitis, Psoriasis (autoimmune disease), shingles, eczema, some bumps are due to food allergy. Visit ER, get physically examined. You may have to give a skin biopsy and STD tests.

In the meantime take antihistamines, apply corticosteroids cream, vitamin D, salicylic acid and water-based moisturizers work well. Visit a dermatologist, get evaluated and treated. Your treatment will depend upon your diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K,
