What Do White Colored Penile Discharge Suggest?

Hi, Several times when my boyfriend and I have had sex we both have noticed a whitish coloring discharge around the base of his penis, it seems thick but not clumpy. He also says he can smell it. I have no itching or pain or have nothing that seems to look like cottage cheese! Can you please help its a little embarrassing not knowing what it is or what s going on! Thanks in advance!

This sounds like smegma. Tell your boyfriend that he should wash behind the head of penis daily, but not with soap, just warm water. The condition is harmless.
