I have white dots in my right hand and arm, if I raise my hand they dissappear but if I put my hand down the white dots appear and my hand gets red , it doesn t hurt but I can feel that I don t have enough blood , or it isn t circulating good. I notice this dots 5 years ago, they told me it was because of pigmentation, but I m sure there s something wrong with my blood circulation. Please help me
Hi. As per your case history you are probably having pityriasis versicolor. My treatment advice is - 1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily. 2. Apply an antifungal lotion like clotrimazole lotion twice daily on it. 3. Take a vitamin c supplement once daily for 30 days. 4. Other treatment options are oral fluconazole, itraconazole and terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
