What Do White Patches On The Thighs And Scrotum Indicate?

Please doctor am a patuent, am suffering from an ailment I currently have white patches on my thigh and my scrotum sac below and also having slight pains during urination, and constantly have this pus from the tip of my penis. have gone to a medical center for urether swab and culture text but it came out with clean result now am with a doctor who prescribed betasol cream,an antibiotic medicine of which I don t know the name ,I have taken the drugs but no changes pls I really need to take this thing off my skin and my health

I have gone through your query. If you provide some more information then it will be more helpful. Do you had any recent history of uprotected sexual intercourse? I would suggest to do a STD panel tests in such case. Taking antibiotics like doxycycline and azithromycin will be helpful.
